Handle Shipping Documents (AWB, HBL, MBL, SWB).
Prepare documents for sorting and distribution of cargo-i.e., distribute arrival notice, and pre-arrival notice.
Provide quotations and issue invoices to clients and overseas agents.
Monitor shipments closely to meet deadlines and avoid delays.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our clients, vendors, and overseas agents by phone and email.
Maintain profitability of accounts and identify opportunities for profit increases by negotiating with vendors and agents.
Adhere to established company protocol for documentation and record-keeping.
Highly motivated and detailed-oriented team player with strong communication skills and customer service skills.
Quick learner; ability to adapt and thrive under pressure.
Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
